KeeperEdu, a product of Keeper7, Inc., herein referred to as "KeeperEdu," "we," "us," or "our," is fully committed to safeguarding the privacy of everyone who interacts with our platform. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how KeeperEdu collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Information in connection with our all-in-one cloud-based education management platform - including the Admin Panel, Keeper App, Keeper Kiosk, Keeper for Parents, Website Services, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

We encourage you to read this Policy carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using our Services. This Policy may be updated periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

1. ABOUT KEEPEREDU

KeeperEdu is a purpose-built, all-in-one cloud-based education management platform serving K-12 schools, weekend schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Our platform is built on a foundation of simplicity, security, and educational excellence. Our core products and features include:

Admin Panel: A centralized management dashboard for school administrators to oversee users, enrollment, institutional data, system settings, and reporting.

Keeper App: A dedicated mobile and web application for parents, teachers, and students enabling real-time communication, attendance visibility, course updates, dismissal notifications, and account management.

Keeper Kiosk: An on-premises hardware and software solution for streamlined school entry and exit using QR codes, supporting secure visitor management and student check-in and check-out workflows.

Classroom: An interactive classroom management tool featuring multiple modes and views, including Dismissal mode - that enables teachers to manage student presence, facilitate safe student release, and track classroom activity in real time.

Attendance Management: Digital tracking of student and staff attendance with absenteeism reporting and insights.

Online Admissions: A fully digital application, enrollment, and onboarding process for new students and families.

Communication Tools: Multi-channel messaging including email, SMS, and voice communications between schools, parents, students, and staff.

Course Management: Tools for managing coursework, teacher assignments, grading, substitute management, and course-level attendance.

Bulletin: Schoolwide announcement and news distribution for administrators, teachers, parents, and students.

2. OUR PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

KeeperEdu's approach to data privacy is guided by the following core principles, which inform every aspect of how we handle Personal Information:

Lawful Processing: We ensure there is a valid legal basis for every instance of Personal Information collection and processing.

Fairness: We process Personal Information in a legal, non-harmful, and reasonable manner — only in ways that our Client institutions knowingly expect and authorize.

Transparency: We clearly communicate to users what Personal Information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Purpose Limitation: We collect and use Personal Information only for the specific, legitimate purposes described in this Policy or in our agreements with Client institutions.

Data Minimization: We collect only the Personal Information that is relevant, adequate, and necessary to fulfill the stated purpose.

Accuracy: We strive to maintain accurate Personal Information and provide mechanisms for correction and updates.

Storage Limitation and Disposal: We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Privacy by Design: Privacy is embedded into the design and development of all KeeperEdu products and features from the outset, not treated as an afterthought.

Security: We implement appropriate technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or loss.

Accountability: We take responsibility for demonstrating compliance with these principles and with applicable privacy laws.

Data Ownership: All personally identifiable information about students, teachers, administrators, and parents is owned and controlled by the Client institution (school or organization) that KeeperEdu serves. KeeperEdu processes this data solely as directed by the Client.

3. WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO

This Policy applies to:

  • School administrators and staff who access the Admin Panel and platform tools.

  • Teachers who use the Keeper App and Classroom features.

  • Parents and guardians who use the Keeper App to monitor student activity, receive communications, and manage permissions.

  • Students who use the Keeper App and engage with Classroom and related features.

  • Visitors to our website at https://keeperedu.com.

  • Applicants for employment with KeeperEdu.

  • Visitors to our premises.

4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Personal Information we collect depends on your role, the features you use, your location, and applicable law. It falls broadly into the following categories:

4.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact Information and Identifiers: Name, mailing address, phone number, email address, student ID numbers, school IDs, and emergency contact information.

  • Verification Information: Date of birth and educational background where legally required.

  • Demographic Information: Grade level, preferred language for communication, and language preferences.

  • Account Information: Username, password, and role (administrator, teacher, parent, or student).

  • Professional Information: Institution name, title, role, department, and team information for staff and faculty.

  • Family Relationships: Parent-student relationships, guardian designations, and authorized pickup contacts.

  • Communications: Emails, SMS messages, voice messages, in-app messages, and other communications sent through or in connection with our Services.

  • Consent Records: Records of consents provided, including date, time, method, and subject matter.

  • Photos and Media: Profile pictures and any photos or audiovisual content uploaded or shared by you or your institution through the platform.

  • Other Personal Information: Emergency contacts, authorized pickup designations, and any content you input, upload, or store within the Services.

4.2 Information Collected Through Platform Features

Admin Panel: User account management activity, enrollment records, institutional configuration settings, audit logs, and system-level data.

Keeper App - Parents: Notification preferences, message history with school staff, attendance records viewed, dismissal notifications received, and account settings.

Keeper App - Teachers: Class rosters, attendance records entered or reviewed, grading activity, course assignments, communication logs with parents and students, and Classroom mode activity.

Keeper App - Students: Course progress, attendance status, assignments, in-app activity, and relevant communications.

Keeper Kiosk: QR code scan data, check-in and check-out timestamps, visitor identity information, and entry and exit logs. Kiosk data is collected exclusively for school safety, attendance, and access control purposes and is associated with a student or staff profile only as authorized by the Client institution.

Classroom and Dismissal Mode: Student presence status, dismissal authorization records (including who authorized a student's release, the time, and the method of release), classroom mode activity, and teacher-initiated actions. This data is used solely to support safe and organized student dismissal and classroom management at the direction of the Client institution.

4.3 Information Provided by Your School or Institution

Your school or institution may provide KeeperEdu with information about you at the start of or during the course of our service relationship, including through Student Information Systems (SIS) or other administrative systems. This may include student names, school ID numbers, enrollment data, grade levels, class assignments, attendance data, family relationships, preferred communication language, and emergency contact information.

4.4 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, MAC address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and screen resolution.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, login timestamps, session duration, and in-app actions.

  • Log Data: Server logs recording device access, timestamps, and actions taken within the Services.

  • General Location Data: City-level location derived from your IP address for security and fraud prevention purposes. We do not conduct precise GPS tracking.

  • Cookie Data: Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 12 of this Policy.

4.5 Anonymized and Aggregated Information

We may create and use anonymized or aggregated data derived from Personal Information for analytics, platform improvement, and service reporting. This data does not identify individual users. We will not seek to re-identify any information that has been anonymized.

5. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for the following purposes, depending on your role and applicable law:

Providing and Operating the Services: Delivering all platform features including the Admin Panel, Keeper App, Keeper Kiosk, Classroom, Dismissal mode, attendance, admissions, communication, and course management tools.

Account Creation and Management: Creating and maintaining role-based user accounts for administrators, teachers, parents, and students with appropriate access controls.

School Safety and Security: Processing QR check-in and Kiosk data and Keeper for Parents records to support the safe entry, exit, and authorized release of students and visitors.

Communication: Sending service-related notifications, announcements, emergency alerts, administrative messages, and updates via email, SMS, and in-app channels.

Attendance and Enrollment: Recording and reporting attendance data, managing enrollment records, and supporting district-level reporting.

Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving support requests.

Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and feature engagement to improve platform performance, usability, and reliability.

Fraud Prevention and Security: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, account misuse, and fraudulent activity.

Legal Compliance: Meeting our legal obligations, enforcing our Terms of Service, and responding to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.

Recruitment: Processing employment applications submitted to KeeperEdu. We do not use Personal Information - including Student Data - for advertising, marketing to users, or building profiles for any non-educational purpose. We do not sell Personal Information under any circumstances.

6. OUR HANDLING OF STUDENT DATA

Protecting student privacy is a foundational commitment at KeeperEdu. We comply with all applicable student privacy laws, including:

  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

  • California Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA)

  • Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA)

  • California AB 1584 (Education Code Section 49073.1)

  • Applicable U.S. state education privacy laws

KeeperEdu acts as a data processor - and where applicable a "school official" under FERPA - when handling Student Data on behalf of Client institutions. This means:

  • We collect only the Student Data necessary to provide our contracted Services.

  • We do not sell Student Data.

  • We do not use Student Data for advertising, marketing, or any non-educational purpose.

  • We do not build student profiles beyond what is needed for authorized school purposes such as attendance, course management, dismissal, and assessment.

  • We do not share Student Data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law.

  • We retain Student Data only for as long as permitted by our agreements with Client institutions.

  • We support Client institutions in enabling parents and eligible students to access, correct, and request deletion of Student Data.

  • We do not use Student Data to train generative AI models or any third-party AI systems beyond what is strictly necessary to provide contracted Services under enterprise-level data protection terms.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

7.1 Definition of Minor

In the United States, KeeperEdu treats all individuals under the age of 18 as minors. Children under the age of 13 receive the highest level of privacy protection under COPPA.

7.2 Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under 13 except:

  • At the express direction of a school or institution acting as the authorized representative of the parent or guardian under COPPA's school authorization mechanism.

  • Solely for the purpose of providing the educational Services contracted by the school.

We do not use data collected from children under 13 for any commercial, advertising, or non-educational purpose.

7.3 Parental Rights

Parents and guardians have the right to:

  • Review the Personal Information KeeperEdu maintains about their child.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of their child's Personal Information.

  • Refuse further collection or use of their child's data.

7.4 Minors Ages 13 Through 17

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use our Services only with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or accredited school representative. Client institutions are responsible for ensuring appropriate authorization is in place for all minor users on their platform.

8. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

KeeperEdu processes Personal Information on the following legal bases:

Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfill our agreements with Client institutions and individual users.

Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate operational interests - including platform security, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement - where those interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.

9. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

KeeperEdu does not sell Personal Information. No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as messaging providers, customer support, cloud hosting, and technical infrastructure, is permitted solely to provide our services. SMS opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared for marketing purposes. We share Personal Information only in the following limited circumstances:

Within KeeperEdu: Personal Information may be accessed internally by KeeperEdu staff who have a legitimate, role-based need to support and deliver the Services.

Client Institutions: Schools and institutions that have contracted with KeeperEdu receive relevant data about their students, staff, and parents to administer and operate the Services. Client institutions are the data controllers for Student Data under their agreements with us.

Service Providers: We may share Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including cloud hosting, technical support, payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to: (a) use Personal Information only as directed by KeeperEdu; (b) maintain privacy and security standards consistent with this Policy; and (c) not use the data for any independent commercial purpose.

Legal Disclosure: We may disclose Personal Information when required by law, court order, valid subpoena, or other lawful process; to cooperate with government or regulatory authorities; to enforce our legal rights; to prevent fraud; or to protect the safety of users or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, Personal Information may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. We will notify affected users of any such change and the successor will be bound by the same privacy commitments described in this Policy.

Professional Advisors: We may share Personal Information with lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisors subject to binding confidentiality obligations.

With Your Consent: We may share Personal Information with other parties where you have given us explicit prior consent.

We never share Student Data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside our contracted educational Services.

10. DATA SECURITY

KeeperEdu maintains a comprehensive security program to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all Personal Information. Our security measures include:

  • End-to-end data encryption for data in transit and at rest.

  • Firewall protections and secure cloud infrastructure.

  • Role-based access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access specific data.

  • Multi-factor authentication for administrative and sensitive system access.

  • Regular security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and system audits.

  • Incident response procedures for detecting, containing, and reporting data security breaches.

  • Physical access controls to our facilities and servers.

  • Contractual non-disclosure obligations for all KeeperEdu team members with access to Personal Information.

In the event of a data security breach resulting in unauthorized access to or disclosure of Personal Information, KeeperEdu will promptly notify affected Client institutions, cooperate fully with any required investigation, and assist with legally required notifications to affected individuals.

While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely immune from risk. We encourage all users to use strong, unique passwords, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorized account activity.

10.1 Consent to Receive Communications

When a school, faculty, teacher, student, parent or guardian create a Keeper account, they are required to provide a phone number as part of the registration process. By tapping or clicking on checkbox they agree to KeeperEdu's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including agreement to receive communications from KeeperEdu and from their school at the contact details provided.

These communications may include:

  • SMS and text messages regarding attendance, dismissal updates, school announcements, and platform notifications

  • Email communications regarding account activity, school updates, and administrative notices

  • Voice messages related to school operations and urgent notifications

  • Push notifications through the Keeper mobile app

This consent is given at the point of account creation and is tied to the phone number and email address provided during registration.

By completing Keeper account registration, they confirms that:

  • They are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided

  • They consent to receive the types of communications listed above at that number and email address

  • They understand that standard message and data rates may apply depending on their mobile carrier

  • They may opt out of non-essential communications at any time as described in Section 10.2 below

This consent is obtained in compliance with applicable Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging requirements and serves as the user's authorization to receive transactional, informational, and, where applicable, other communications from KeeperEdu and school.

10.2 Opting Out of Communications

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the following methods:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from KeeperEdu to unsubscribe immediately

  • Email: Click the Unsubscribe link in any email from KeeperEdu

  • Push notifications: Disable notifications through your device settings or within the Keeper app

  • Account settings: Update your communication preferences at any time by logging into your Keeper account and navigating to Settings

Please note that certain communications cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active Keeper account. These include critical safety notifications, dismissal alerts, and administrative communications required for the operation of the platform. To cease all communications entirely, you must deactivate your Keeper account and terminate your relationship with KeeperEdu.

10.3 Updating Your Contact Details

If your phone number or email address changes, you must update it immediately in your Keeper account settings. KeeperEdu is not responsible for missed communications or messages sent to outdated contact details that have not been updated by the account holder.

11. DATA OWNERSHIP AND CONTROLLER/PROCESSOR ROLES

All personally identifiable information submitted through KeeperEdu's Services - including Student Data, staff records, and parent information - is owned and controlled by the Client institution. KeeperEdu processes this data solely to provide the Services contracted by our Clients and strictly in accordance with their instructions, this Policy, and our Terms of Service.

For individuals who interact directly with our public website or Services outside of an institutional agreement, KeeperEdu acts as the data controller for their Personal Information.

12. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

When you visit our website or use our Services, we and our service providers may use the following technologies to collect Navigational Information:

Essential Cookies: Necessary for the platform to function properly. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies: Used to measure usage patterns and improve your experience on the platform.

Personalization Cookies: Used to remember your preferences and provide a more tailored experience.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to serve targeted or behavioral advertising on our platform.

Web Beacons: Small tracking tags embedded in web pages or emails that help us understand delivery and engagement with notifications.

Embedded Scripts: Temporary session-based code that collects interaction data such as button clicks and navigation paths. These are active only during your session and are not designed to collect Personal Information.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized IP addresses and does not collect your name or other directly identifying information.

Do Not Track: Some browsers allow users to send "Do Not Track" signals. There is currently no universal industry standard for responding to these signals. KeeperEdu does not alter its data collection practices in response to Do Not Track signals at this time, and we will continue to monitor developments in this space.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some platform features.

13. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

13.1 General Rights

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

  • The right to know what Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose.

  • The right to access your Personal Information.

  • The right to correct inaccurate Personal Information.

  • The right to request deletion of your Personal Information.

  • The right to data portability - receiving a copy of your Personal Information in a structured, portable format.

  • The right not to be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising your privacy rights.

13.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the following additional rights:

  • The right to know the categories of Personal Information collected and the purposes for which it is used.

  • The right to know the categories of third parties with whom Personal Information is shared.

  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information. KeeperEdu does not sell Personal Information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • The right to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information.

KeeperEdu has not sold Personal Information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the 12 months preceding the date of this Policy's most recent update.

13.3 Note on Student Records

U.S. state privacy laws often provide exemptions for student education records governed by FERPA. However, to the extent state privacy laws apply, KeeperEdu will honor applicable rights. Rights related to Student Data should generally be directed to your school or institution as the data controller.

13.4 Other U.S. States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have similar rights under their respective state laws. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

13.5 Submitting a Request

To submit a privacy rights request, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, the email address associated with your account or institution, your state of residence, and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

13.6 Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization or power of attorney before accepting requests from an agent, and we may still require that you verify your identity directly.

13.7 Appeal Process

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at [email protected] within a reasonable period following receipt of our refusal. We will review your appeal and respond in accordance with applicable law.

14. EDUCATION PRIVACY LAW COMPLIANCE

KeeperEdu is fully committed to compliance with all applicable U.S. federal and state education privacy laws when providing Services to schools, districts, and institutions.

FERPA: When we provide Services to a school or district, we function as a "school official" under FERPA. We access and process education records solely to deliver contracted Services, under the direct control of the Client institution, and in accordance with our data processing agreements.

COPPA: When our Services are used with students under 13, we rely on the Client institution to provide or obtain the necessary parental consent on behalf of students' parents or guardians, consistent with COPPA's school authorization mechanism. We do not collect data from children under 13 beyond what is directed by and necessary for the school.

SOPIPA and California Law: We do not use Student Data to build profiles for non-educational purposes. We do not serve behavioral advertising to students. We do not sell Student Data under any circumstances. We comply with California AB 1584 and related California education privacy requirements in our contracts with California educational agencies.

State-Specific Compliance: KeeperEdu works to comply with applicable education privacy laws in each state where our Client institutions operate, including but not limited to laws in New York (Education Law §2-d), Colorado (Student Data Transparency and Security Act), Connecticut (§ 10-234aa et seq.), Florida (Fla. Stat. § 1002.22 and § 1002.222), and other applicable states. Contracts with educational agencies in each state are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that state.

15. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

Access: Request a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you.

Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information.

Deletion: Request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to legal and contractual obligations that may require retention.

Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your Personal Information in certain circumstances.

Data Portability: Request your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Objection: Object to processing of your Personal Information carried out on the basis of legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

16. COMMUNICATIONS

Opting In: By creating an account or registering on our platform at https://keeperedu.com, and by selecting the applicable consent checkbox during registration, you agree to receive service-related communications from KeeperEdu, including notifications, alerts, and administrative messages via email and SMS.

Opting Out of Non-Essential Communications:

  • To unsubscribe from email communications, click the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send.

  • To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any SMS from KeeperEdu. Reply HELP for assistance.

Please note that certain administrative, safety, and legal communications - including urgent school alerts, security notices, and updates to this Policy or our Terms of Service - cannot be opted out of while your account remains active. To stop all communications from KeeperEdu entirely, you must terminate your account and cease using our Services.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with your school, your account activity, and the services you have requested. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

17. DATA RETENTION

KeeperEdu retains Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following:

  • Student Data is retained only for the duration authorized by our agreements with Client institutions, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymized upon the conclusion of the contract or at the direction of the Client.

  • Staff, Parent, and Admin Data is retained for the duration of your active relationship with us or your institution's active agreement with KeeperEdu, plus any period required to fulfill legal obligations or resolve disputes.

  • Recruitment Data is retained for up to 24 months following the conclusion of a recruitment process, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Log and Security Data may be retained for a limited additional period as required for security monitoring, legal compliance, or technical troubleshooting.

We review our retention practices regularly to ensure alignment with applicable law and industry best practices. When Personal Information is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted or rendered non-identifiable.

18. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

KeeperEdu's operations are based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. 20. VISIBILITY, DIRECTORIES, AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

School administrators may access user accounts for administrative purposes, technical support, or to ensure the safety of students and staff, as authorized by the Client institution. Depending on your institution's settings, certain profile information such as your name and contact details may be visible to other users within your school community. KeeperEdu is not responsible for content posted publicly by users or shared outside the platform by institutions.

20A. Institution-Specific Policies and School Terms

KeeperEdu provides its platform to schools, weekend schools, and other educational institutions ("Institutions") as a technology service provider. Each Institution that uses KeeperEdu may establish and enforce its own independent policies, rules, codes of conduct, terms of enrollment, and other requirements governing its relationship with students, parents, and guardians.

These Institution-specific policies are separate from KeeperEdu's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. They are created, managed, and enforced solely by the relevant Institution — not by KeeperEdu.

Parents, guardians, and students are required to read, understand, and agree to the specific policies of the Institution through which they access KeeperEdu's platform. By enrolling a student or accessing school services through KeeperEdu, parents and guardians acknowledge that:

  • Each Institution may have its own enrollment terms, codes of conduct, attendance policies, communication guidelines, and other requirements.

  • Compliance with Institution-specific policies is the responsibility of the student, parent, or guardian, not of KeeperEdu.

  • KeeperEdu does not review, approve, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any Institution's individual policies.

  • Any disputes arising from Institution-specific policies are to be resolved directly between the parent, guardian, or student and the relevant Institution.

  • KeeperEdu shall not be held liable for any action taken, or not taken, by an Institution in connection with its own policies, terms, or requirements.

21. RECRUITMENT

When you apply for a position with KeeperEdu, we collect and process Personal Information you provide during the application process, including your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, and other information included in your application or resume. We use this information solely to evaluate your candidacy and communicate with you about the recruitment process. Recruitment data is retained for up to 24 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
